The client requested a wrap around porch design. The design included this element along with hip and gable roofs in addition to a two story turret anchoring the right end of the home. Displayed here are two 3D computer drawings, the first showing a frontal view, displaying more of a pure elevation. The second view is a corner view, showing the residence as more of a perspective view.

Avalon Condominium Complex, Panama City, FL.
I designed this 684 unit condominium complex on a 30 acre site to include varied sized and shaped four story buildings to create interesting outdoor sculpted spaces. Also included in the design are outdoor parking, clubhouse, several swimming pools, and various outdoor recreational and athletic facilities. There was an exisitng man-made lake on the property prior to my starting the design. The color key is as follows: red = buildings, blue = water, green = green space, orange = clubhouse.
Doctor's Office Renovation- Center Moriches, NY
This project renovated an existing office to provide a more relaxed "living room" feeling to the waiting area
as well as update and modernize the existing reception/business office.
